I met Ian through my brother. They were good friends and one night, they both showed up in my room to have me download songs for them. After that, I saw him many times over the years and finally May of 2004 we started dating.

Ian proposed to me Christmas of 2005. We were married August 12, 2006 in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony on his parent’s land. Our wedding color was lavender (my favorite color). The wedding party consisted of my maid of honor, the best man, two bridesmaids, two groomsmen, two ushers and a flower girl. Ian and I never really had a "song" so we had to choose one before the wedding. We ended up going with “Always” by Bon Jovi.
