I truly have no idea what the best acne treatment is. I’ve been lucky and have never had to deal with acne, not even when I was pregnant. My sister-in-law on the other hand, has had more than her fair share when it comes to acne problems. She’s been using ProActive (ProActiv?) and it seems to be helping a lot.
