Yes? Good.

I realized today that its been awhile since I last updated. But when I came to do that, I decided to change my theme. I also updated some various areas of the site.

That’s about as productive as I got today. I have excuses though. My period arrived full force and its been all I can do to not run crying for my bed. One vicodin and one Ibuprophen later and life is GOOD.

Moving on.

Remember me mentioning my friend Nikkie from Vermont? Well, today she purchased a plane ticket for me to visit her in September! Isn’t that the coolest, most generous thing you’ve ever heard of? This TOTALLY beats the time she ordered me a Pizza Hut pizza with her credit card and had it delivered when I was pregnant and craving it. I’m so excited! I’ve never been on a plane before, so I’m kind of nervous about it. I’m sure that’ll stick with me until I set foot on Vermont soil, though! I leave the 12th and get back the 15th.

I CAN’T WAIT!

Wow. I have “Clumsy” stuck in my head. Its getting to the point where its starting to WORRY me. I actually started making a THEME based on it. Luckily I came to my senses and closed out of Photoshop in shame. Don’t get me wrong, sure its a good song. Catchy even. But… I cannot stand Fergie. Why am I downloading Fergie songs?! I admit I have “Big Girls Don’t Cry” as well.. Please let this be the last one.

So who knew that a post about the contents of my fridge would rake in more comment activity than I’ve seen all month? Oh internet, I love you. Actually, I probably should just blog more. I have perfectly good reasons though.

1. I had to clean my freakin’ house for my spa party (more on that later).

2. I was busy making a Fergie-based layout, which I later destroyed. Than I started making ANOTHER layout. Which I’m stuck on.. Actually, I’m not stuck. I’m pretending to be stuck so I don’t have to work on it right now.

3. Uh.. Oh yeah, I have kids! They make me spend time with them on occasion.

4. I had to gather up a guest list for the aforementioned spa party. And then call everyone up and threaten them if they don’t show up.

So you see, busy busy busy.

(I just typed busT every time I tried typing that word….)

Yeah, this is why I don’t blog right after I wake up. My brain doesn’t function properly until noon or later. More specifically, after large, unhealthy amounts of Mt. Dew and pizza.

Look for the new layout either later today or tomorrow!
