Whoa. Why didn’t anyone clue me in? Mother’s Day is tomorrow?

Tomorrow?!?!

Gulp. Right about now I’m feeling pretty stupid that I decided to make all our Mother’s Day presents this year. I’m sitting here staring at a pile of craft supplies (still in the store bag..) and feeling faint. After working until 6:30 tonight, then going to my father in law’s 50th birthday party, I’ll either have to stay up until the early morning hours OR get up super early tomorrow just to finish them all.

By the way, my brilliant plan? Make custom photo frames of each kid for all the grandmas. Three, in our case because we give MY grandma a present every year, too. It only seems right since Mariah is usually at her house on Friday nights.

Okay. SO.. two for each. That’s six frames total.

Maybe I’ll hand those out next year…

And maybe I’ll have my kids smother them all with sloppy kisses and give them a handmade card. Does it really get any better than that?

Well. Probably, if you have the money to invest in Hilton Head rentals.
