The first day of taking calls was horrible. Horrible.
I guess I’m one of the “lucky” ones, though. I didn’t have to take any calls because my stupid phone decided not to work today. About ten other people from our training class had the same problem. The company’s way of fixing it was to shove us all in a chat room and leave us there to rot for six hours. Yeah, six freakin’ hours. Oh and the best part? They named it “(PhoneSoftwareName) Help” but.. there weren’t any Help Reps in there?
Is this your idea of a sick joke, Comcast?!
Then they drop the ball that even if our phones aren’t working properly, we had to be logged into them or we might not get paid for our hours. Excuse me? What the fuck are they talking about? My time sheet says that I logged in at noon and ended at 6:30. I’m paid an hourly rate, not by talk time. Therefore I don’t give a crap if my phone shows I wasn’t logged in for whatever reasons, if I’m there, I’m getting paid dammit!
I seriously will flip my shit if I’m missing hours on my paycheck because of this crap.
Ugh. SO MAD. I can hardly type, I’m so tired and stressed so I’ll post later or tomorrow morning.
PS: Comcast plz die. Kthx. Oh and? Learn some serious online task management
